Everyone with care level 1 to 5 receiving care at home is entitled to the relief amount under §45b SGB XI. From care level 2 the budget can be increased considerably through reallocation.

The relief amount is a care-fund benefit of €131 per month. It is available to everyone with care level 1 to 5 cared for at home, earmarked for approved everyday-support services. It is not paid out in cash.
Usually no separate application is needed – the entitlement exists automatically with your care level. We help with the necessary documents and handle billing with your care fund.
All of our services – from household help and shopping to accompaniment to appointments – are approved everyday-support services under §45a SGB XI and can be billed via the relief amount.
Usually not: the relief amount covers our services and we bill the fund directly. If your needs exceed it, we discuss this in advance – transparently and with no hidden costs.
Yes. Unused relief amounts can be carried over. Remaining amounts from the previous year can still be used until 30 June of the following year. We are happy to advise you.
